This triangular area on Slayley Green was an overgrown tangle of bushes which were difficult to maintain. Local residents in conjunction with young people on community service, turned this space into an attractive paved area with seating and planters. The triangular bench and planters were designed, built and installed by the youngsters who were learning new skills as part of their community service.
