Baton bearers for the Queens Baton Relay
This year sees the staging of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and they
are searching for baton bearers for the Queens Baton Relay. The relay will
touch every region in England before arriving at the Opening Ceremony of the
Commonwealth Games on 28 July 2022.

Christmas Fair Thanks
At the Parish Council meeting, Monday 13th December 2021, the Councillors discussed the Christmas Fair.
They wanted to pass on their thanks to all those who supported the event, the Civic Trust for providing the Village Hall, all those who provided stalls, refreshments and entertainment.
