Fly-tipping discussion

At the Parish Council on Monday evening, we discussed the problem of fly-tipping and the behaviour of drivers on the business park.

We agreed to fund signs about fly-tipping for Slayley Lane, Sunday Lane and Ward Lane and signs for the business park to ask drivers to behave responsibly. We will also be asking for a no-idling zone on the business park.

Severn Trent Water Response

A letter was sent to Servern Trent informing them of the issues around the water supply in Barlborough. An acknowledgement to the letter was received on the 2nd December 2020, with the promise to investigate and respond within 10 working days.
