Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Full Council which meets monthly on the second Monday of the month. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least days prior to the meeting.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the village, the controlling authority is Bolsover District Council who can choose to take on board or ignore our comments.
